Would offer some of that criticism, but I really like this piccie, seems to have an emotional and quite haunting aspect to it.
I'm sure Hyra has something more useful to add, since he's pretty good at the technical stuff, I just go with what my eyes tell me, and they say...oooh
Nice picture
I like the diagonal you chose, works well with the trees and gives it the momentum is needs.
Not sure about the colorfilter though. I can see why you chose the brown-ish, as it gives a more "grey" and depressed feeling to it, but would like to see how it turns out in a high contrast pure B&W version.
Ohw and, not your fault, but the print on the t-shirt distracts. It kind of pulls your eyes to the wrong point, and once there keeps puling you back.
Other than that: great capture
It's a good picture, as hyra said the diagonal works quite nice.
But i'm not to speak about the brownish filter you put on it. it makes it look like a really cheap photograph.
You should try to emphasise more about context, cause the picture itself is good but it's really weird to see you use the motion-blurred background without a hint why it should be blurred.
Maybe a little hint from the person that he notices or shows us that he knows their is a camera around, like a little bit of eye or something like that.
